Responsibilities:

Responsible for the work related to ecological environment, water conservancy, agriculture and rural affairs, affairs of veterans, grain and material reserves, supply and marketing, pairing assistance and cooperation, etc.

In charge of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau, the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau (including the Fisheries Bureau and the Rural Revitalization Bureau), the Municipal Affairs Bureau for Veterans, the Municipal Bureau of Grain and Material Reserves, the Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative, and the Municipal Command for Assistance to Xinjiang.

Liaising with the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Municipal Women's Federation, the Municipal Meteorological Bureau, the Municipal Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Provincial Marine Fisheries Research Institute, the Provincial Subtropical Crops Research Institute, and the Wenzhou Direct Storage of Central Grain Reserve.
