Responsibilities:

Responsible for civil affairs, human resources and social security, administrative affairs of government agencies, and undertakings for persons with disabilities.

In charge of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal Governmental Affairs Administration Bureau.

Liaising with the Municipal Disabled Persons’ Federation, the Municipal Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, the Municipal Red Cross Society, the Municipal Charity Federation, the Municipal Committee on Aging, and various democratic parties.
