Responsibilities:

Responsible for various aspects of work including the promotion of “Two Health” (healthy development of both the economy and society), industrialization and informatization, the construction of self-innovation zones, science and technology, big data development and management, investment attraction (including the utilization of foreign capital), the development, construction and management of national-level economic and technological development zones, and the national-level high-tech zones.

In charge of the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology (Bureau for the Promotion of Healthy Development of Private Economy), the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology,   the Municipal Data Bureau, the Municipal Inverstiment and Promotion Bureau, the Administrative Committee of Wenzhou Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone, and the Administrative Committee of Wenzhou Bay New District (High-tech Zone, Economic and Technological Development Zone).

Liaising with the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Municipal Radio Administration Bureau, State Grid Wenzhou Electric Power Supply Company, Wenzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Wenzhou Salt Industry Company, Wenzhou Institute of Industrial Science, Wenzhou Industrial and Energy Group, Wenzhou Office of Telecommunications Development, and various telecommunications institutions in Wenzhou.
