Responsibilities:

Responsible for the routine work of the municipal government, assisting the mayor in handling finance and auditing. Responsible for the government work concerning development and reform, justice, transportation, emergency management, people’s armed forces, taxation, statistics, national defense mobilization, administrative approval management, public resources trading management, government affairs disclosure, overseas offices and other aspects of work.

In charge of the Municipal Government General Office (Research Office of the Municipal Government), the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Justice Bureau, the Municipal Transport Bureau, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the Municipal Statistics Bureau, the Municipal Administrative Service Bureau (Office of Public Resource Management), the Municipal Railway and Urban Rail Transit Construction Management Center, the Municipal Government’s Office in Hangzhou, the Municipal Government’s Liaison Office in Beijing, and the Municipal Government’s Liaison Office in Shanghai.

Liaising with the Municipal People’s Congress, CPPCC Wenzhou Municipal Committee, Municipal Supervision Commission, Municipal People’s Court, Municipal Procuratorate, Wenzhou Military Subarea, troops stationed in Wenzhou, Municipal Taxation Bureau, Municipal Public Security Bureau Firefighting and Rescue Detachment, National Bureau of Statistics Wenzhou Investigation Team, Wenzhou Bureau of Maritime Affairs, CAAC Wenzhou Civil Aviation Safety Supervision Bureau, Wenzhou Post Management Bureau, China Post Group Zhejiang Wenzhou Subsidiary, Wenzhou South Railway Station, Zhejiang Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway Development Company (Wenzhou Railway Station), Municipal Transport Development Group, Municipal Railway Investment Group, Municipal Transport Group, Municipal Financing Guarantee Company, Municipal State-owned Financial Capital Management Company, Wenzhou Seismic Station, CAAC Wenzhou Air Traffic Control Station, China Classification Society Wenzhou Office, East China Sea Marine Support Center Wenzhou Navigation Mark Office, Wenzhou Rescue Base under Donghai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, Ningbo Maritime Court Wenzhou Branch, Wenzhou Airport Group, Wenzhou Port Group, Wenzhou-Ningbo-Taizhou Expressway Company, as well as energy-related units stationed in Wenzhou.
