Located in the Ze'ya Scenic Area of Ouhai District, the homestay is built in a farmhouse courtyard style, with stone exterior walls, which characterizes Ze'ya’s local architecture and ancient paper-making culture.

The interior of the homestay is totally built with environmentally- and human-friendly logs, giving a feeling that "Long trapped in a house like a cage, I finally returns to nature." (from the ancient Chinese poet Tao Yuanmin’s work). The public, entertainment and kitchen areas are all well-equipped to meet the needs of different groups, such as families and tourist teams.
