The “Seven Courtyard Houses” is transformed from seven old courtyard houses in a village with a history of more than 300 years, hence the name. The present  houses keep the Chinese three or four courtyard style layout. And the old houses with its pillars and eaves are repaired as old, with the original house appearances and courtyard enclosures retained as much as possible, so as to adapt to the traditional simple way of life.

The renovated houses are connected with each other, forming a continuous landscape. Standing at the courtyard, you can enjoy unobstructed surrounding pastoral scenery.
