 (Gold Class)

The “Seclusion in Forests” sits at the former site of the famous National Yingshi University during the Anti-Japanese War period (1937-1945). Pan Tianshou, master of traditional Chinese painting, once taught and painted here. Located at the junction of the Wuyanling National Nature Reserves and Feiyun Lake, it is surrounded by mountains, bamboo forests, flowing waters, and meadows. Halfway up a hill and above the Moonlight Valley, it overlooks the village, tranquil but not isolated.

The B&B partly retains primitive gatehouses and rammed earth walls and also adopts modern large windows and other design, featuring simplicity and tranquility. It integrates ancient and modern architectural styles with interaction between nature and artificial light and shadow, creating a vibrant multi-dimensional aesthetic space. Despite short operation time, it has won many awards, such as "Zhejiang Province Gold Class B&B", "Top 10 Aesthetic Spaces in Chinese B&Bs", "Golden Scale Award", "Black Truffle Award", and "Ziwei Star Award".
