There are a total of 2,376 buses operating in the urban area of Wenzhou, with 287 routes. New energy vehicles make up 100% of the fleet (except for emergency vehicles). All buses accept various payment methods, including cash, digital RMB, WeChat, and Alipay. In recent years, Wenzhou's bus system has improved its overall quality by implementing rapid transit, micro-bus, and specialized bus services. The bus units under the group have won the “top ten grassroots satisfaction station awards” at the city level for four consecutive years. In 2021, the "Micro-Bus" project became the only provincial key state-owned enterprise benchmark project in our city. The rapid transit system WZBRT was awarded the "Fifth Transport Service Model Brand", and Route 26 received three honors: "National Civilization Post for Women", "National Women's Civilization Group", and "National Civilization Demonstration Window". BRT Line 1's train station platform, Route 82 and Route 28 have obtained multiple honors including "National Civilization Post for Women", "Provincial Civilization Post for Women", and "Provincial Youth Civilization Award".
