The Ouhai Library is located in Building 3 of the Ouhai Administrative Center, with an overall floorage of about 8,900 sq m. There are three collection areas for general books, children’s books, and picture books in the library. There are more than 40 City’s Studies, public book houses, characteristic book houses, and neighborhood book houses. The library has applied the RFID intelligent management system to realize self-service library card making, book borrowing, renewal, query and other functions, and equipped e-book readers, a dynamic display wall, a waterfall-format website, 24-hour self-service book return machines, time photo printers, and a big data display wall, providing the “supermarket-like” smart library services. The wireless networking is available in every corner of the library, which also provides mobile platforms and online services such as Zheliban, WeChat official account, WeChat video platform, and door-to-door delivery.
