The Yueqing Industrial Expo, themed "Seeking Development, Promoting Trade" and organized by the Yueqing Industrial Automation Industry Association, has come to a close. According to incomplete statistics from the organizing committee, the three-day expo attracted over 20,000 visitors, resulting in on-site transactions exceeding 40 million RMB and intended contracts amounting to 150 million RMB.

With a total of over 700 exhibition booths, the expo attracted more than 300 companies from outside Yueqing and over 100 local enterprises. The expo exhibited cutting-edge technologies such as precision machining tools, industrial robots, automated production equipment, and industrial peripheral products. Among these, precision machining tools, CNC equipment, plastic machinery, and automation devices were among the most popular .

In recent years, enterprises in Yueqing have increasingly embarked on paths of technological renovation, research and development innovation, leading to the emergence of several high-tech backbone companies like Jiangnan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Panlong Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The introduction of new technologies has obtained recognition from numerous collaborating partners.

"Our team spent 8 months developing this machine tool, which can be flexibly configured based on customers' actual needs with features like hydraulic chucks, interfaces reserved for loading and unloading mechanical arms, pneumatic doors, and automatic feeding," explained Ni Zhiqiang, General Manager of Zhejiang Panlong Machine Tool Co., Ltd., to clients at the expo.  This medium to high-end machine tool, independently developed by the company, finds applications in sectors such as military, optics, automotive parts and new energy. The products manufactured are not only visually attractive, highly precise and well-manufactured but also exhibit lower production costs, shorter production cycles, higher production efficiency, and superior quality compared to other machine tools.  The company's first-quarter output value has already surpassed 20 million RMB, achieving a double increase in production and sales.

In addition to mold machine tools, automation equipment was another highlight of this year's expo. At the booth of Zhejiang Desheng Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., the sound of automated production equipment for switches rang out continuously, capturing the attention of many visitors. "This automated production equipment for switches can produce over twenty finished products in just one minute. Compared to manual labor, the efficiency has increased several times over. The torque and speed for screw tightening can be adjusted according to different product requirements," explained Xiao Jichun, deputy General Manager of Sales. Presently, Desheng's intelligent equipment is exported to more than 20 countries worldwide, including Germany, India, Malaysia, Turkey, Brazil, Poland, and Egypt.
