To mark a significant milestone in Wenzhou's advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud computing, the Wenzhou AI Computing Center was unveiled with grandiose ceremony at the Wenzhou International Cloud Software Valley （the“Valley”for short）, situated at 168, Gao Yi Road, Longwan District. This event underscores the accelerated integration of the information industry in the Valley.

The Wenzhou AI Computing Center, spearheading Wenzhou's 'Strengthening the City' initiative under the guidance of the Wenzhou Industrial and Energy Group, stands as a pivotal project. Upon completion, it will offer a comprehensive range of services including computing power hosting, private and public computing resources, model services, scenario customization, and digitized solutions to government entities, research institutions, universities, and AI-related enterprises. Additionally, it will assume pivotal roles in citywide computing power monitoring, scheduling, and talent development. The estimated cost for the first phase of construction stands at around 248 million yuan. Located on the ground floor of Building F in the Valley in Longwan District, it aims to establish 100P (FP16) half-precision AI computing capabilities, encompassing computing clusters, storage systems, networking infrastructure, intelligent computing management platforms, foundational large models, and comprehensive electrical and mechanical support facilities. Remarkably, it took merely a month from inception to operation, symbolizing the rapid deployment of 'heavy-duty' infrastructure in the cloud software valley, forming an 'instant computing power' industrial hub.

Currently, the Wenzhou AI Computing Center has completed negotiations on computing power service intentions with China Eye Valley, Eye Hospital, the Information Engineering School of Wenzhou Medical University, the National Key Laboratory of Brain-Computer Interface at Zhejiang University, Huilima, Kaiyi Smart Medical, and Guoji Interconnection, among other demanding units. It will continue to provide high-quality AI computing power services to customers in Wenzhou and other cities across the country.

After the unveiling ceremony of the AI Computing Center, the participants visited the iFLYTEK Industry Acceleration Center, located in the Valley. As an important partner of the Wenzhou AI Computing Center, the iFLYTEK Industry Acceleration Center demonstrated its cutting-edge technology and innovative applications in the field of artificial intelligence. The center will gather iFLYTEK's ecosystem and attract a large number of high-quality local AI projects and enterprises.

The Valley is one of the strategic emerging industry platforms built by the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee, focusing on the fields of industrial internet, cloud computing and big data, and “AI+”. It has successively introduced a group of industry-leading enterprises with significant domestic and international influence and strong competitiveness such as HPE and iFLYTEK, and has fostered and grown local software enterprises, incubating software applications such as "Digital Green Wave" and "Wuji Cloud Imaging". It has formed a collaborative development industrial ecosystem of large, medium, and small enterprises, making it the most concentrated park for information technology services in Wenzhou.

The core area of the Valley is located in Longwan District, extending from Airport Avenue-Qujiang Road-Oujiang Road to the north, Ouhai Avenue to the south, Shangjiang River to the west, and Shenhai Expressway to the east, covering a total planned area of 7 square kilometers. It enjoys a unique 20-minute transportation circle in Wenzhou, with subways and roads such as Line S1, Ouhai Avenue, and Wenchang Road running through it. As it takes less than 20 minutes’ drive from the municipal government, Longwan Central District, Ouhai Central District, the airport, high-speed railway station, highway exit, university town, and CBD in Bingjiang District, the Valley boasts convenient transportation, complete facilities, comprehensive functions, and picturesque surroundings. The relevant person in charge of the Valley expressed that the next step will be to accelerate the attraction of production and living facilities, providing value-added services based on the needs of enterprises. They welcome not only leading enterprises to settle down but also small and medium-sized ones to start businesses in the Valley.
