The Oujiang riverbank is to embrace a new wave of data intelligence. The 2025 Data Security Development Conference, themed "Oujiang Data Forum: Securing the Future with Data", will take place in Wenzhou from May 16 to 18, as announced at a press conference on April 17, 2025. The event will focus on unlocking the value of data elements, aggregating innovative achievements, and expanding industrial applications. It will feature forums, competitions, training sessions, and the release of cutting-edge innovations, alongside significant project signing ceremonies. Esteemed experts, industry leaders, and data professionals will gather in Wenzhou to discuss data-driven futures.

As a key component of the "Nine Pillars" framework for the China (Wenzhou) Data Security Port, the conference has been held annually in May since 2022. Over the past three years, it has gained substantial influence, driving the momentum of "connecting peers, pooling wisdom, and driving industry growth through forums". To date, the Data Security Port has attracted 579 leading enterprises, including China Electronics and Qichacha, developed 464 data products (e.g., intelligent traffic green waves and AI-generated medical records), and secured Wenzhou’s status as the only city in China to pilot all six national data infrastructure initiatives.

This year’s conference, centered on "Data Intelligence Integration · Model Empowerment · Industrial Transformation", will include 1 main forum, 30+ specialized sub-forums, and interactive sessions. Concurrent events include the Zhejiang Division of the ‘Data Elements ×’ Competition (Wenzhou), professional workshops, and training programs aimed at nurturing talent and incubating new technologies and applications.
